I was excited to unbox these items for you in this week's video, however it turned out to be a bit of a failed haul - watch the video to find out why. But I'm curious to know, do you still enjoy seeing unboxings/hauls even if they don't turn out as expected? Anyway, hope you enjoy this one and subscribe for more unboxings and fashion videos. Let me know what you'd like to see next.

First video of the year and starting with a bang! This week I'm sharing a Mytheresa unboxing containing my first Zimmermann dress and first pair of Aquazzura pumps. Eeeek! So excited for this video and to find out what you think about the two. Make sure to watch til the end to see me try them on together, styled with my Fendi Kan I bag. I love filming unboxing videos and telling you more about the brands, why I love the items and want them in my wardrobe. Do you love to see more informative unboxings or shorter ones, straight to the point?
Make sure to like the video and subscribe. If you go to the video from this post, drop me a 🛍 in the comments.

This New Year will be a new experience for everyone. We're a few days away and honestly I have no idea what to expect and what I'll do. This New Year's lookbook is inspiration for myself as well. As I mentioned last week, dressing up puts me in a positive mood, and while the world is in chaos it's easy to get depressed and get trapped in a funk. My way of battling that is beautiful clothes styled in gorgeous outfits. Even if it's to stay in the house. I'm not a make-up artist so my make-up is usually basic, but even that helps improve my mood. It's the process more than the result. Though honestly I hate taking off my make-up, it's one of the reasons why I don't wear it daily. Filming lookbooks has become an activity I enjoy, from planing the outfits to getting ready and filming, so it would bring me a lot of joy if you'd check this New Year's lookbook out and make sure to subscribe for weekly videos.
Hope you're all having a fantastic holiday season and are making the best out of this year! Sending you lots of love. Merry Christmas!

Welcome to the second installment of this year's gift guide series. As mentioned in the last one, these are one of my favorite posts to read during December as I love to get inspired for my own wishlist or gifts for my family. I don't tend to buy Christmas gifts far in advance, unless I see something that really speaks to me and I know someone would love to receive it. Hence why my Gift Guide gets posted in December. My mom always tells me that it's more difficult to buy me gifts as I tend to buy them for myself before anyone gets the chance to. I'm just impatient and once I make up my mind on something, I need it ASAP. Not the best trait, but it's been working out well so far. Let's get on with it. What luxury item is on your list this year?

After sharing my Sicily lookbook last week and dreaming about summer for probably the whole time, I wanted to share also these pictures taken there. A different perspective than you might expect. Rather than being around the gorgeous blue water I'm surrounded by a field of cacti, a true surprise to myself when I saw it next to a lovely restaurant. It had a cozy vibe, a bit deserted but very enjoyable. Would you have expected this landscape in Sicily?

Who's excited for Black Friday? Only me?! No, can't be! I love Black Friday shopping, it's the perfect opportunity to get some of the items on your wishlist at an amazing price, as well as a great excuse to start Christmas shopping for your loved ones. Since we're in Black Friday week, and nowadays brands have sale all week long rather than just the Friday or next Monday, for Cyber Monday, it's the best time to share my fave deals. None of these are sponsored, just sharing the love. Since you're following me or reading my blog, you might enjoy a similar fashion style and enjoy all these. Hope you love these and happy shopping!

For my final post from India I want to share this dreamy lilac dress. Well, the last post will be the food diary, which I can't wait to share. But back to this dress. I love fancy/dressy options, but you rarely get the opportunity to wear them more than once and since I'm all about reusing and repurposing, I actually borrowed this from my sister. It truly is a beautiful dress, very flattering and fun to wear. Do you share clothes with your siblings/cousins/parents?

Looking at these pictures makes me miss my wipsy bangs, they're soft and romantic as well as super flattering. But, then I remember how hard they are to maintain and that they looks this gorgeous only in pictures, so no more bangs for a few years. Fringe talk aside, after sharing those gorgeous traditional Indian outfits in the last post, I wanted to share a look that falls in line with my usual style. Of course for occasion dresses I'm choosing my favorite, Self Portrait. You know me, I love the romantic vibe, statement sleeves and asymmetrical hemline. Feeling like a modern day princess every time I wear one of his creations. Are you a fan? Let me know!

I was fortunate enough to wear a few different traditional Indian outfits on this amazing trip, so of course I want to share them with you. The pink saree was my favorite, not just because of the beautiful light pink shade but because of the craftsmanship. From the beautiful and detailed design to the luxurious fabric. I felt comfortable and beautiful wearing all the outfits, truly thankful I got to experience this. Have you worn traditional Indian clothes?

Going on a safari has been a dream of mine since high-school, which I'm sure doesn't surprise those of you who've been following since the beginning. I love animals and always try to incorporate activities with animals in my holidays. Being able to experience a safari in the Kanha tiger reserve was surreal. It was an emotional experience for me, seeing all these beautiful animals in their natural habitat and of course, the highlight was seeing tigers. Would you go on a safari in India?

Delhi is a fascinating city. You have 'Old Delhi' which includes the historic part and is situated in the north part of the city, and 'New Delhi', located in the south part, built as the capital of British India. Delhi is a cultural center with top sights such as the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Agrasen ki Baoli old water reservoir, India's Gate, Swaminarayan Akshardham the Hindu Temple and so many more. To me, Delhi beautifully merges the iconic historic parts with the modern lifestyle and an incredible food scene. I fell in love with the food in India, will do a food post at the end of this travel series. But for now, would love to hear from you - have you ever thought about visiting Delhi?

Welcome to Jaipur babes! During our guided tour through the City Palace we found out Jaipur was painted pink in 1876 to welcome and impress Prince Albert. Fun fact, the maharaja's wife also loved the shade and convinced the maharaja to pass a law declaring the buildings must be painted Jaipur pink, law still standing today. The pink city was probably one of my favorite cities in India! Jaipur has a lot to offer, not just the pink buildings. It's the capital of Rajasthan and home to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit the Amber Fort, but I hope to go back one day. Have you visited Jaipur and did you fall in love with it?

Just like flowers bloom every spring, you can choose to have hope in your heart. This too shall pass and everything will be better again. It's hard to see now, because of how scary it is, but it will get better. Don't give up hope!

You can choose to see the brighter side even in darker times. Talk to your family and friends, ask for help. You don't have to keep it all in, reach out to someone. Stay safe babes!

Who's missing food and socializing? raise your hands 🤚🏻 We're lucky enough to still have plenty local restaurant delivering, but I do miss the experience. It's a hard time for us all, especial local restaurants and shops that were forced to close because of the pandemic. Thankfully you can shop at local stores, rather than big supermarkets or look for small restaurants that deliver, rather than chains. It's an opportunity to discover new places, hidden gems. However, I have to say really feeling the whole
"I wish I developed more hobbies than eating out"
Did you pick up any new hobbies during quarantine? I've been spending my time doing the usual working, cooking, working out and binge watching series, as well as unhealthy amount of Disney+. Soon I'll also share what I've been loving to watch and eat. Stay safe babes!

Being in self-isolation can be challenging, depending on your home environment and because of all the 'pressure' to learn a new hobby or a new language, get into painting or writing, exercise, do 20 steps skincare routines, do this or that and so on. Social media is full of all the things you should do. For anyone needing to hear this, babe it's ok to do nothing. If today you feel like starting 100 projects and be your most productive self, perfect do you. But if you can barely get out of bed to brush your teeth, know that doing nothing is good for you as well. Give yourself a break and listen to all your thoughts, acknowledge them and understand what they mean. Find your inner peace and love yourself! Trust me, no one is productive all the time and that's fine. Stay safe babes!

Today's message is simple, yet at times hard to achieve. Be better! than you were yesterday, than last month, than last year. But don't compare yourself to anyone else, especially not actresses or models. It's unhealthy to compare yourself to anyone else, because we are all different and unique. You are on your journey and everything will happen at the right time for you. So be kind and be better for yourself. Stay safe babes!

As someone finding themselves in self-isolation during these scary times, I can't help but dream of spring and last year when I was able to roam around care free, taking pictures in my favorite places. In the spirit of dreaming of spring and better times (which we'll find ourselves in again very soon, hopefully), I'm sharing this effortless look from my looks archive. Stay safe babes!

Any OG followers remember my first Lady in Red post from way back when? Fells like that was a lifetime ago, but it was only a few years. One thing hasn't changed for sure, and that's my love for the color red and wearing all red outfits. Still find them flattering and sassy. Might not be for everyone, but I enjoy them and alway get a confidence boost when wearing all red. Kind of gives you the feeling that you can achieve anything, which I'm loving. Which color does that for you?

These pictures were taken a few months ago, pre hair cut and as previously mentioned, I do have a lot of amazing content shot and never shared, so starting to slowly share it with you gals. Looking at these makes me miss my long hair for a second, then I remember how hard it was to maintain and style - on the rare occasions I would attempt styling it. I am blessed with lot of hair, which meant at this length it was heavy and honestly gave me headaches. Would I grow it this long again, despite what I just said? Of course! Just look how nice it is! But for now I'll celebrate my shorter hair - as in shorter than this, not actually short - also, getting my hair this long will take a couple of years, so let's just enjoy the pictures in the meantime.

Another one from Berlin, this time from the gorgeous Charlottenburg Schloss! Which I kind of matched with my outfit, unintentionally obviously. Anyway, the Charlottenburg Schloss is a palace with luxurious baroque and rococo style decorations and architecture. Did you know the palace was a gift to Sophia Charlotte from her husband Friedrich III? The palace was known as 'Lietzenburg Palace' until her death, when Friedrich decided to rename the palace and surrounding area 'Charlottenburg' in her honor. Highly recommend visiting if you're traveling to Berlin.
