Happy National Romanian Day to all my awesome Romanian readers! In case you're new here and didn't know, I'm Romanian and while I moved 7-ish years ago from my beautiful country, I still love visiting and care about it. I have shared multiple posts from home during my years of blogging, but you can check out my faves here, here and here.
Now let's talk about this outfit! If wide leg or palazzo pants look good with crop tops, just imagine styling them with cute jumpers and a leather jacket on top. It's one of those wonderful outfits that stand out thanks to their simplicity, something easy yet chic you can pop on and go conquer the day.

The weather in England might be gray and cold, but I don't want it to influence my style to the point that I look like a fluff ball daily, so I made a note of buying a pair of extra warm tights. This has allowed me to wear dresses in fall, be it jumper dresses or normal ones with warm jumpers on top. I would call that a win over autumn. My favorite part of this outfit is how the luscious blue satin pops against the dark grays and black. We've already approached satin as a fall trend, but I still adore the look of it.
Are you still in love with the satin trend?

As the weather gets cooler I return to my autumnal style, which is much more structured than what I opted for during the spring and summer. Slowly we're going to also start layering to the moon to keep warm, while still chic. I might do a tips post about layering like a pro, keep an eye out for that in the next week or so. Also, are you enjoying my "5 Tips" series? ( Examples here, here and here)
Back to the outfit! Just because fall is here, it doesn't mean it's time to put away the white pants, on the contrary, white pants are going to be a huge thing this fall-winter season. White in general! With a warm blouse/jumper and a coat layered on top, your white summer pants get an autumnal vibe and you're getting more use out of your summer clothes. It's a win-win situation. For this look, I styled the pants with a black turtleneck blouse, because I enjoy the elegance of it, and my ankle boots. If you know me, you know I love a good boot and these ones are the ones for me this season.
Another big thing for fall-winter is the maxi bag. A few years back maxi bags were my favorite, simply because you can carry your life in them. However, they get so heavy and end up hurting my back, which is why nowadays I prefer the mini bag. The mini bag trend brought me so much joy this past spring-summer season and I will continue to use them during fall-winter, BUT it's nice to keep it fresh. The only thing I try to force myself with a maxi bags is not to overstuff them, which I highly recommend. To finish off the look I added my military statement coat, which is another trend this fall and most falls to be honest.
What do you guys think?

This skirt has been a regular on my blog from the beginning. I don't know if you can believe this, but it's been in my wardrobe for eight years. Believe it or not, it's from H&M and it's still in great condition. I remember running around Berlin, like a crazy woman, looking for it in my size. It captured my heart from the first time my eyes landed on it and I still love it the same today. About twice to three times a year, I donate great amounts of clothing and this skirt managed to remain in my closet.
My favorite way of styling it is with a white top. This time I opted for a lace off the shoulder crop, which sets a romantic vibe to the look. You've noticed by now, my spring summer style is very feminine and romantic.
How would you define your spring summer style?

Piazza Gae Aulenti is a charming square, named after the late Italian architect. The piazza feels almost disconnected to the rest of Milan, surrounded by the modern glass Uni Credit Tower. Both the skyscraper and piazza were designed by architect Cesar Pelli and are a sight worth seeing when visiting Milan.
Today's outfit? A white ensemble featuring lace shorts and an open back shirt. White on white always looks chic and flattering. For comfort reasons, I styled the outfit with white Converse sneakers and added a coffee colored waterfall coat.
Adding a coat, though light, felt kind of hot and unnecessary. However, it floated nicely in the wind, which made it perfect for pictures. I posted a bunch of Insta stories while wearing it. Have you seen them? If not, follow me here.
Would you wear an outfit you love even though it might not feel comfortable?

This past weekend I've been traveling to different cities in Tuscany and one of them was San Gimignano. The small town has kept the medieval architecture making it a magical place to visit. It's fascinating to stroll and see it in all its glory.
For my outfit I chose an elegant dress styled in a bohemian-edgy way, paired with a wool floppy hat, leather jacket and boots. The idea behind was to make it fun to wear during the daytime. Of course that got me a few odd stares, but it's too pretty not to style during daytime. You might have seen this SheIn dress in my last haul. It has ruffly details and velvet dots, not to mention the fun flowing skirt.
After walking through the whole town and buying all the cheese, I had the amazing idea to visit the torture museum. If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen the stories shameless plug. It was unsettling to say the least, but also interesting to see.
Would you wear this look?

Layering is the absolute best, don't you think? It's still freezing cold outside, so still hard to be fashionable. At least I find it quite hard to come up with fun outfits during the winter time, I just want to bundle up in my blanket and never leave the bed. That might be a bit extreme, but you get the point.
For today, I layered a bandage crop top over a shirt dress. The vibe of the whole look is feminine, but edgy thanks to the leather details, which is how I like it. Of course, when trying a similar style in the winter time, you need to layer leather pants underneath the dress to keep you warm. If you don't like leather pants, go for leggings or really thick stockings.
To be honest, when envisioning this look I had a few concerns about the end result, but it turned out quite chic. The bell sleeves add a trendy layer, seeing how this year is all about the statement sleeve.
What are your thoughts on layering crop tops over blouses?

Hello December! Can't believe how fast this year has flown by, pretty sure we're all thinking about this at the beginning of December. Anyway, we'll reminisce another time.
Similar to my other autumnal looks, this one also involves a fluffy sweater, which happens to be another new find. I paired it with a dress, over the knee boots and a leather jacket on top. To make the whole outfit cuter, I did two buns which made me feel a little bit like an anime character, so that was fun.
I will say it would have been smart to add some tights for extra warmth. If you take inspiration from this outfit, please keep that in mind, so you won't be cold.
Happy Fri-yay! Any big plans for the weekend?

Vests are versatile pieces that can be worn to work or for a cocktail. They make you look put-together and chic with little to no effort. A fun way of styling them is as a dress, like I did today, and here are some tips on achieving the look:
- Quite essential would be a bodycon dress layered underneath, cause we need to keep it decent.
- Add a colour blocking belt that has some details for more texture.
- When you fasten the vest, try fixing it to the side creating a slit. While walking, your leg will show and this will elongate you.
- Add some fun accessories.
- Add some ballerinas, if you're wearing this at the office, or high heels for a cocktail look.
As you can see I opted for a choker and studded belt, both offer an edgy feel to the outfit creating more dimension. For the rest of the accessories, I opted for dainty bracelets and bow ballerinas which compliment the bow belt. The look is classy, elegant but with a touch of edgy.

After styling this jumpsuit on vacation, I've been thinking how to give it a different vibe. The jumpsuit has both horizontal and vertical stripes, off shoulder sleeves, but also slits. To compliment it I went for my Prada bow ballerinas, a delicate choker and round "Ozzy" style sunglasses.
As you've seen, I've been obsessed with chokers and this is one of the newest addition to my small collection. Chokers have appeared since 1798 and have been worn since then by ballerinas, royals and fashionable ladies. They had a huge moment in the 90's and now they're back, being all over the runways and street-style scene.

Yay for internet, finally! You really don't realise how dependent we are on internet until you remain without it for a few weeks. Except the lack of networking, it wasn't too bad. Went outside more, ahahah, but that could also be because I love strolling and exploring the cities I live in. Now, to the outfit:
Today is all about that pop of red we all love, in this case both on my lips and shorts. Red is such a sexy and flirty colour, which I often like to wear, especially on my lips. It's just a "girlboss" colour, that looks good all the time. I'm not the kind of woman to wear bold lipstick only at night, as I'm sure you saw by now on the blog. If I like it, I'll wear it to work, to the market or anywhere I need to be. It's all about the attitude, so if you feel empowered wearing a bold lipstick, be it red, purple, blue or black, it doesn't really matter what others think on the street, now does it?!
This time I paired the red shorts with a structured blouse, which is cropped and loose. It has black floral appliqués on the collar and a black stripe down the middle. Though very minimalist in design, the blouse has beautiful details, which is why I plan to style it more in the future. To go with the black and white theme, I added my zebra loafers. Of course, you don't have to match your bag with shoes and with your blouse, it's just that sometimes it's fun to be matchy matchy.
Do you like being matchy matchy at times?

Sicily has been wonderful, enchanting me with its turquoise crystal clear water and satisfying my hunger with its fresh fish and pastries. I'll miss the rays of sun caressing my skin and the fresh sea salt taste in the air.
My goodbye look is simple and appropriate for the hot weather, nothing groundbreaking, just off shoulder top with shorts. Similar to my last outfit, I took these pictures before sunset, which meant enjoying the golden light.
Do you have any plans for the rest of summer?

This is one of my favourite looks I wore on holiday, I have two, in case you were wondering, and the second one will be on the blog next week. The combination of skin tight with flowing pieces make this romper very flattering and entertaining to wear, not to mention the stripes which make it very appropriate for summer and the sea side. Though honestly I wear stripes all year round and not just at the sea or lake.
This will sound very silly, but the whole time I was wearing this outfit, I felt very model like with my fabulous romper. Don't know why, but it was just giving me good vibes. It could also be the sugar high from too many pastries and too much gelato or the fact that I was at the sea, but either way I loved wearing it.

The second outfit from my vacation lookbook/ posts is an all white one, as it's perfect and very chic for summer.
Before we get into the look, I need to tell you guys that these are the comfiest shoes ever. I bought them last minute not thinking they would be comfortable, but knowing they would match with some outfits for the trip. You have no idea through what hell we had to go through to get to this lovely spot and I did all in high heels without breaking my neck. Afterwards we also walked till and through the town centre, all while being perfectly happy with my outfit decision. This isn't a sponsored post, I just thought it's nice to share the amazingness of these with the world.
I decided to keep this all white playing with different cuts and textures making it more interesting and fun. Of course I opted for an off shoulder blouse, because you know me... it's my current obsession. The lace shorts are feminine and offer a romantic touch, but also have a different texture creating a complementing visual effect.
On my last post a lot of you complimented my "long" legs, so I wanted to tell you a little trick. Sadly I don't have such long legs, I'm only 167cm or 5'4 ( I think), but my boyfriend takes the pictures from a bit lower creating the visual effect of longer legs. This all started because he's taller than me and when he would take pictures standing straight, it would make me look very tiny. Being the good sport that he is, he understood my point and started taking my pictures from lower, though he still needs reminding sometimes. Thank you for your kind comments, I always read them and they make my day!

Palazzo pants styled with crop tops are my favourite thing to wear at the moment. The pants are flowing and comfortable, while still looking stylish, which is very important with the hot weather. Crop tops are just super cute, feminine and flirty.
I would have to say a variation of this is my Go-To at the moment. Which is your current most worn outfit?

Today's outfit is very relaxed and athleisurey, featuring distressed jeans, Converse sneakers and a loose fitted shirt. It was perfect for this indecisive weather while taking a stroll in the park. I've discovered in the past few years that I actually really enjoy taking strolls through the city and through parks. It doesn't just help you relax, but you also get to admire the beautiful surroundings and find new spots for pictures.
Do you enjoy rediscovering your city?

Hey there! Welcome back to a new outfit post!
How was your weekend, did you have fun? Mine was very pleasant and productive!
For this look, I'm adopting the backwards shirt trend, this time with a more casual vibe. Last backwards shirt outfit was very glam and sexy, while this time I approached it in a more relaxed feminine way. Because I also wanted to incorporate a slightly boho vibe, I styled my hair in a braided up-do.
Would love to get your opinion on the backwards shirt trend. Is it cool or silly?

You know how some people have "Happy places"? Like somewhere they feel peaceful yet joyful, they can put in order their thoughts and just feel at ease. Well, my happy place is by the water. It can be a lake or the sea, I slightly prefer the sea because of its salty smell. Therefor, this has to be one of my favourite shoots so far, location wise.
As for the outfit, to continue with my off the shoulder blouse obsession, I'm sharing the athleisure inspired way of styling it. It incorporates distressed jeans and my comfy Superstars. For the past two years I've been mostly wearing black jeans, but from time to time it's nice to bust out some light blue ones, especially since before I was loving them. I think they pair nicely with the blouse and the style I was going for.
What do you think about the location and this look?
Have a pink-tastic day!
