From InterContinental Bucharest with love

Hi Dolls!

Today I'll share with you the first part of my experience at the InterContinental Hotel Bucharest. I had a lovely time there and the staff was really kind and helpful. If you didn't know, InterContinental isn't just the tallest hotel in the city, but also a landmark. It has 22 floors, which offer you such a gorgeous view. I was so charmed by it, as you'll get to see in the pictures below. The hotelier chain is spread around the world with almost 170 hotels.

I know sometimes people miss their home while they are on vacation, but I love hotels. To me they don't feel impersonal or cold. It's like a home away from home or a place to relax and unwind. The rooms at the InterContinental are elegantly decorated and leave a comforting feeling, which help you relax.

PS: My room was a Junior Suite, if anyone was wondering.

The amazing hotel crew made sure my room had fresh fruit, tea, coffee and wine, which means of course I enjoyed some fruit and tea. You know me...fruit and tea lover.

The suite had two bathrooms, one accommodated with a shower while the other had a bathtub.

One of the thoughtful services allows you to choose from eight different kind of pillows, accommodating your needs and preferences. While I didn't need to test all of them, I won't deny how fun it was to "crash" on all those pillows. It was too tempting to pass.

The view from the spa is even more breathtaking, than the one in the rooms. Of course the extra altitude helps, but imagine taking in this view while sipping wine after a massage.
