Masculine but Feminine

In these "holiday series" I wanted to incorporate a more business appropriate outfit, I've been loving the masculine inspired business look on women and this is my take on it. Even though it is a masculine inspired ensemble, the puffy shoulders of the blazer give it a feminine flair. Are you a fan of this kind of look?
