Food Diary #3

Hey Dolls!

On todays food diary I'll be showing you what I ate in a day. I wanted to show you a cheat day, since it's more fun to see the naughty, not-so-healthy choices I make on my day off. Don't worry! I'm back to healthy eating and quite honestly I am at a point where I actually like eating healthy, but of course still enjoy all the fatty foods. I won't be one of those people who eat healthy and say that all the fatty foods are horrible, that they don't taste good. Let's be honest : they still taste awesome!  However I try to minimise the intake of bad fats/trans fats.

In a future post  I'll also share with you what I eat regular / healthy days. Again I am not a nutritionist! I try my best to eat healthy, when I can. It doesn't mean my way of eating is better than someone else's. It's what works for me.

Breakfast : I had a cherry chocolate cake.  Yumm 

 For lunch I had some sandwiches. I wanted some olive spread and couldn't find any to buy, so I made it myself. As a snack some chips.
 For dinner I had my favourite dish! Quattro Formaggi Pasta! Delish . It was a gourmet take on the dish, since it had truffle oil and paste added to it.
