It's that wonderful time of the year, fashion month is here. Fashionistas everywhere rejoice finding out next season's trends and planing how to integrate them in their style. New York kicked it off as usual delighting us with shows from some of my favorite designers. A reoccurring trend has been autumn florals and checks. Checks have been a strong trend since last year and their reign continues. As for florals we all know they come back every spring and autumn, we all love them. We're charmed by feminine silhouettes and bold colors. As it's one of my favorite colors, I especially love seeing petrol blue as a trend color for next autumn. The Carolina Herrera show combined romantic, feminine elements with tailored cuts, creating a modern and elegant fairytale like collection, at least this is my interpretation of it all.
