Food Diary #4 Easter Edition

As promised, you'll get a glimpse of my easter dinner in todays post. I didn't take pictures of everything, but I'll tell you what we had.

In the morning I prepared greens smoothies for the whole family. They consist of : spinach, kiwi, apples, pear, banana, orange and lime juice (freshly squeezed) and some ice.

Traditionally we paint eggs a red colour for Easter, make "sarmale", which is a meat mixture rolled into Sauerkraut. As a family we eat quite healthy, so of course we had salad to accompany the steak and for dessert a sponge cake. Everything was homemade.

 We all had a glass of rose wine, which is my favourite.
