Every summer I share at least one navy inspired outfit, since it's always in style, looking very chic no matter where you are, but especially at the seaside. This one won't be at the seaside, sadly.

I opted for a casual striped dress, which was very comfy to wear. Though, dresses are always very comfortable and easy to wear, just add some nice accessories and your outfit is ready. No fuss with matching tops with skirts or pants.

The dress was quite loose, which could look a bit undone, so I added a belt to cinch in the waist. Since this is a marine inspired look, of course I opted for a rope belt and a rope necklace which has an anchor to complete the ensemble. I mean, imagine how cute this look would have been on a boat, without the heels of course.

Ralph Lauren is known for his polo shirts with the polo player on a horse, but their collection also contains luxury pieces. For this Fashion Focus I didn't want to use clothing from his sporty collection, but share a dressier option.

Since turtleneck clothing is so popular at the moment, I wanted to show you my way of wearing them in spring-summer. I opted for a light knit dress, which was perfect with the indecisive weather and paired it with metallic silver flats. Metallic clothing and accessories are also having a moment. This is a very demure trendy outfit for the fashionistas who don't like flashy looks. The finishing touches are a bandeau scarf tied around the head and a long necklace.

The look is very Parisian with a 60s vibe. Also, to point out the obvious, I cut my hair! It's a lot shorter and I love it! What do you think?
