Over the month of February I decided to follow a vegetarian diet, so today I want to share with you some of the dishes I cooked and ordered out. As always "diet" stands for the kind of food I ate, not a regimen. As you'll see some dishes are healthier than others, so remember it's all about balance. Hope it inspires you to cook something new.
