I was extremely happy to get questions about my hairstyle after posting the Urban Decay video a month ago. A lot of you seemed to like it and even asked for a tutorial, so today I'm sharing my quick and easy bohemian braided hairstyle, which is perfect for summer.
Let me know what you think.

Hello Dolls!
Long time no see with an outfit post, still don't have internet and annoyingly they just postponed the installation date, but this week I'll post my usual Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday even if it's from Cafes or Hotspot. Anyway, how's your Monday so far?
Today's look revolves around my new statement shoes, which are these silver platform flats. I love shoes and have a small collection to prove it, but usually go for more classic styles. After seeing this pair in a window, I decided it was time to add some fun pieces to my collection. They resemble a little bit the Stella McCartney Elyse shoes, which I love in silver and rose gold. Though not usually my style, I'm quite obsessed how fun and cool they look. I know they aren't everyone's cup of tea and that's perfectly fine.
For their first outing, I paired the shoes with a white dress which has some cutouts and a colour-blocking clutch in white, silver and yellow. The clutch offers a pop of colour and ties in the look. I also added a choker and two inspired bantu knots in my hair. Bantu knots come from southern Africa and are mostly styled by African and African-American women. Because this hairstyle leaves the prettiest curls, I also like to sometimes sleep with them and have heatless curls the next day.
What do you think about the look?

Incorporating some summer in my outfits with lace details and loads of white. I love wearing white in the warmer months and feel as if I should buy more clothing items in this colour. The pumps I purchased recently, in the last month or so, and even though they are highly uncomfortable, they do look nicely. Not everyone likes white shoes, but I'm enjoying the look at the moment.

I've been thinking about cutting my hair for a few months now. It was so long, which is nice to look at and braid, but so difficult to maintain sometimes. I always pulled my hair in my bags, jackets, scarves, while sleeping, etc. Even though I like it long, it's also refreshing to have it shorter - to a medium-ish length. Kind of weird to see myself with it so short at the moment, however it's a good weird and I really like it.

Hi Dolls!
This post will feature two outfits using two basics, kind of a transitioning from day to night, while still keeping some of the pieces. The two basics I wanted to focus on are a sequin blouse and faux leather pants. Both are versatile and can be either toned down or glammed up.
For the daytime outfit I opted for some ankle booties, a draping cardigan and leather jacket. It's edgier and fun to wear, but also practical and comfortable. In the second outfit I spruced it up with a pair of heeled green sandals, which offer a pop of colour to the otherwise mono coloured ensemble. In combination with the blazer the sandals give an elegant flare to the outfit. I also like the braided buns, which I created for the first time today. They are so cute and differently than my usual hairstyles, I was just in the mood for something fun.

I want to experiment more with my hair and try to recreate a lot more styles. Honestly I'm not talented enough to try anything complicated, so most of the styles I recreate are braided ones, since this comes easy to me. I get my inspiration from Pinterest big surprise there.
You will need :
- 3 clear elastic bands
- 6 bobby pins
- hairspray ( if you want )
The hairstyle is really easy and honestly speaking looked a lot better in the inspiration picture, but since it was my first time I think it went pretty well. First of all make sure your hair is tangle free, which is the most important step. I braided (dutch or french braid -whatever you prefer, since both work ) on a diagonal on both sides of my head (tied each braid separately) and tied them at the back using a clear elastic band. Then make a bun out of them and patiently pin everything in place. Ideally you would use bobby pins that match your hair colour and try to hide the pins, which makes for a cleaner look. I wasn't seeing what I was doing and didn't have any help, so some of my bobby pins are visible. I'm sure practice makes perfect so perhaps next time it will look even better.
