Over the knee boots & Quay Sunglasses

On this wonderful sunny day I decided to wear a total black outfit with gold accents and the piece de resistance my new sunglasses. I've been hunting these for over a year now and they're always sold out, so you can imagine my excitement now that I've got my hands on them. They are my new favourite pair and I'm totally in love with them. To add a little bit of colour I went for gold details and a sage green clutch. What do you think about the sunglasses?

Keeping cozy in Graz

Today's post will be a fashion and traveling one, showing you Graz through my eyes. Graz is a gorgeous city which I highly recommend seeing. If you ever visit Vienna plan a day for Graz, a train leaves every hour so it's very convenient. You can admire a lot of beautiful old buildings, browse through shops and eat delicious food, just get lost in the scenery.

For my outfit I opted for a fluffy pullover with a midi skirt, wool tights and since it was extremely cold, my UGGs. I would have loved this outfit with different shoes, perhaps high heels, but the temperature was about -7 degrees celsius. Have you visited Graz? Did you like it?

Palazzo Pants & CK Sweater

Palazzo pants are such a beautiful 60's trend, love how they can be styled in many different ways. I've been looking for a nice pair and finally found one that suit me well. Today I'll show you my way of wearing them in the colder months. As the weather gets better, I'll share more ways in which to style them. Since it's still pretty cold outside, I paired them with a fluffy sweater with stripes. To add a pop of colour I went for a red lipstick.  I just love how they look! Do you like palazzo pants?

Mango Cardigan & Berry Lips

Hi Dolls!

Today I wanted to use my fluffy cardigan as a coat, since it's really long and keeps me warm. I thought it could be a fun new way of using it. Underneath I wore a faux leather crop top and faux leather pants, so it also had the role of toning down my look, making it less edgy and more relaxed. For lips I opted for a darker berry lipstick, after all we're still in the colder months. What do you think? Yay or nay?

Stripes and Leather Pants

Hello gorgeous Dolls!

How was your weekend? Are you recharged and ready to take on the week? Since Mondays tend to be kind of meh for most people, I went with a relaxed outfit wearing sneakers and a flowing top. Don't be fooled by the comfy items, it's still a chic and put-together outfit thanks to the blazer and faux leather pants. The finishing touches are some dainty jewellery and a hat. Hope you like it.

Relaxing Sunday

Sundays were made for relaxing and regrouping for the week, so this outfit will be realistically minimal. I paired a slightly oversized sweater with a slightly elegant blouse, the outfit is smart-casual but perfect for a chill day.  Today I went for a earth toned soft smoky eye with dark nude lips and a soft natural rosy blush, you can see it in detail below. Would you like to see more of my make-up looks?

Getting back in the game

Hello Dolls!

The holidays are over and it's time to get back in the game, which means making healthier choices and working out. Today I want to show you how my diet has shifted from the greasy and delicious holiday mode to a healthier version.

One thing that really helps me is to make soups for lunch. If you're the kind of person who gets bored easily and needs to have a different dish every day, you could cook 3 different soups that you really love and freeze them in portions. This way you have 3 soups or as many as you want on rotation. Or if you don't want to fuss with that, simply change the soup a little: on the first day have it plain, on the next with whole wheat or brown rice noodles, on the third with falafel and so on. Choose ingredients that you like and are somewhat healthy. For dinner try something new and have fun with it, make your dish as colourful as possible with loads of veggies. Try the 80/20 rule, where you eat 80 percent of the time healthy and 20 percent naughty. I don't think you should deprive yourself from sweets or pizza or pasta, just have them in moderation and whatever you choose don't starve yourself. Hope some of my dishes inspire you to cook something new.

Pantone Colours of the Year 2016

I'm not one to usually follow such things as colours of the year, I'm more of a "if I like it, I wear it" kind of girl, however how gorgeous are this year's colours?! Since it suits my preference, I thought it would be nice to create an outfit using these shades. Don't these colours make you miss the warmer months or is it just me? Anyway, I think it looks very soft and fresh. It's a very work/meeting appropriate look, especially if you change the peep toes for pumps or ballerinas, depending on your work environment and preferences.

Fluffy Skirt and Chaos Necklace

Today I wanted to style my elegant fluffy skirt a little bit more casual and wearable, so I went for an oversized comfy sweater and over the knee boots. To be fair I was missing them, I'm totally in love with the style and on the hunt for other similar pairs. I would love to add a high heeled pair to my shoe collection. Anyway...back to the outfit, in case you didn't know my favourite jewellery are silver pieces, so I added some to the outfit as the finishing touches. The long necklace comes from a collection titled "Chaos", which strangely enough made me love the necklace even more. Weird, I know, but sometimes small details make me love things more. What do you think about the outfit?

2016 Goals/Plans

Hi Dolls!

Today I want to talk about my goals/plans for this new year.
Blog Goals: As always I want to improve even more the blog and post more regularly. At the moment I decided to post Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays, but this might change during the year. Since a lot of you reacted really well to it, I also want to start a Youtube channel.

Fashion Goals: I've been thinking about this a lot and I want to try having a capsule wardrobe for a couple of months. If it goes well, I'll extend it to another three months, but I'll talk more about it when I start. It should make me appreciate my clothes more and also show me if I really need to go shopping as often or what I'm lacking in my wardrobe. Stay tuned for that.

Personal Goals: This year I really want to stop letting other peoples opinion influence me. Of course I value the opinion of my family and friends, but it should stop here. Why shouldn't I do what makes me happy or try new things, just because some people don't agree with me?! I think that as long as I'm respectful and it doesn't influence anyone else, I should go for it.
Another personal goal is to be more grateful for all the wonderful people in my life and show it, I also want to be more thankful for all the amazing opportunities and experiences that I have.
If possible, I want to travel more and visit even more new places.

Fitness Goals: This is something I constantly work at. Last year was good, but not great. I want to be more consistent with my fitness routine. I did workout a lot at home, which was great and I'll keep that up when I can't go to the gym. I would love to start going to classes like pilates or yoga, maybe kickboxing.

What are your goals for the new year?

Best Moments of 2015

Today I want to share some of my most amazing experiences of 2015, you may be able to detect a pattern. Before we get started I want to mention some things which I couldn't photograph. I am very grateful for all of the opportunities that 2015 has brought me. I loved spending as much time as possible with my family and friends, I finished University and I got to do an internship at an advertising agency. Strangely, looking back, I feel that I've grown this year and look forward to what 2016 will bring. Next post will be about my goals, stay tuned for that and don't forget to subscribe.

This year consisted of a lot of "first experiences", mostly in form of new destinations. I was incredibly lucky to visit Asia, specifically Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia
