In todays food diary I want to share with you my breakfast and dinner, since I didn't photograph the rest of my meals. It's another healthy day I would say. For breakfast I had an apple which I forgot to take a photo of, after which I had an egg with some rye bread and a sandwich made of rye bread, smoked salmon and some romaine salad leaves on top. I also took a supplement and had my green tea. I love green tea and try to drink it daily, as it doesn't just taste good, but also has a lot of good properties.
Dinner was so easy and healthy : zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and spring onion pan fried with less than a teaspoon of olive oil. Usually pan fried sounds so bad, but I was using a non stick pan and added the olive oil just for the benefits it has. Also I didn't add it from the beginning as some studies say you shouldn't heat it at high temperatures for a long period of time. Anyway that was part of what I ate today.
